Bridget Deutz, Founder & Chief Marketing Strategist

Greenline Marketing was founded in 2019 by Bridget Deutz after she spent nearly ten years in both in-house and agency marketing settings. Bridget has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication focused in Marketing & Advertising from The College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University. When she’s not helping clients thrive, grow, and laugh, Bridget also frequents as a panelist and speaker on inbound marketing and the work she does.

In her free time, Bridget teaches piano and voice lessons, serves on the Board of Directors for District 8 of the American Advertising Federation, participates in community theatre, and regularly lectures at her alma mater. She loves finding a good quote, small-town coffee shops, digging in antique stores, trying on shoes, and seeing + experiencing new places. Above all else, Bridget truly cherishes time spent with her family and friends.


Emily Pederson, Chief of Client Relations

Emily joined Greenline Marketing in 2021. With more than 15 years of product development, marketing, sales and account management experience, Emily excels at leading teams to deliver on market demands and company goals. With experience in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, in-house and agency settings, Emily gets creative on getting attention from the right markets to drive sales for clients.

When Emily isn’t managing client work she’s busy managing the schedules of her husband and three kids. If they aren’t folding laundry or in the kitchen handing out snacks, you can find Emily cheering her kids on at this season's sports, drinking a beer with friends on a patio, or packing for the family’s next adventure! Life is too short to have a bucket list - do it now because tomorrow isn’t a given. Traveling as a family or a couple not only adds to life’s moments but fills her soul.


A Match made in heaven (if we do say so ourselves)

Bridget and Emily met in 2015 and built a relationship - both professionally + personally - that left clients singing their praises and exceeding expectations and goals. When the time was right, they joined forces again to elevate Greenline Marketing and our clients. The combination of Bridget’s strategic brilliance and robust knowledge of digital marketing, along with Emily’s knack for honing in on business needs and making a plan for powerful growth, there is some serious charismatic synergy on our team. We’re yin and yang, the peanut butter to the other’s jelly. Together, we cover the bases of asking the right questions, staying curious about industry trends, and always remain open to learning, adapting, and growing.

Outside of work, we share family values and a love for travel, laughter, iced americanos, and whiskey. And to us, it doesn’t get much better than that.
