Agency Support
Your behind-the-scenes secret weapon.
We love partnering with other marketing agencies and sharing our time + talent for successful collaboration. Diving in and getting HubSpot portals + inbound marketing tactics performing their best is what we love doing, and are always excited by the prospect of working as an extension of your marketing team as partners, back-office staff, and expert support.
Some of our strongest and most beloved partnerships are with agencies, as we bring our expertise to the table in a way that helps you be great at all things inbound and digital marketing, without the hassle of onboarding, training, and full-time employee strings attached, etc.
Frequently Asked Questions, Answered
What types of services do you offer to agency partners?
When it comes to how we partner with other agencies, we generally offer any and all of the services we offer to our own clients. Over the years, we’ve consulted for other agencies who need an outside set of eyes or fresh perspective (both on their work and/or client work), offer training and onboarding for HubSpot portals, and extended our audit services for both HubSpot audits and website audits (again, for the agency themselves and/or their clients.) We’re happy to be an extension of your team to step in however you might need us.
Who would we be working with? One of you, both of you, other Hubspot specialists?
We are a two-person team, a “1, 2 punch” as we like to say. Emily is on the client relations and project management side and Bridget on the tactic and execution side - and together work for strategic synergy. If you prefer to have communication with only one of us, we can arrange that, but most of our agency partners benefit from (and prefer) having us both involved in conversations so all bases are covered.
Are you comfortable meeting with our clients in a "white-label" type of relationship?
Yes; we do this now for a handful of our agency partners and it’s something we have been doing for many years. We’re accustomed to and comfortable with our partners introducing us as part of their team if + when we interface with their clients. We’re also happy to review + sign any NDA or non-competes that help you feel most comfortable.
we're not sure how many hours we need per month. Can we agree on an hourly rate that you can track as you do the work?
Yes; many of our agency partners function this way. As a contractor for marketing agencies, we have established competitive pricing tiers with hourly thresholds we’ll share with you. Once we agree on the project and scope, we’ll track our time and then bill accordingly based on the work done. We have a variety of styles we work within and are well-versed in hour-to-hour projects as well as monthly retainers. We know as HubSpot contractors, flexibility is the name of the game.
How do we communicate with you on an ongoing basis?
The short answer: as much or as little as you want. Typically our agency partners prefer to have an ongoing meeting (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to talk about projects + priorities and ask + answer questions. We’re happy to talk through problems and solutions with your team as needed, and schedule client meetings to help present or ensure understanding. Greenline does our best work with we have a seat at your table to troubleshoot, guide, and make strategic adjustments with you.
We use [insert software or system name here], are you willing to use that?
Slack, Asana, ClickUp, BaseCamp, Monday, Harvest, Trello, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, SharpSpring, Zoom, Teams … we’re what you might call software junkies. We’ve had experience learning and using a variety of marketing, communication, and project management tools over the years and are happy to work within the systems that are best for your business and your clients. It’s rare we come across software we haven’t had the pleasure of using - so bring it on.
